About Us

Emelda De Coteau is a loving wife, mama, creative, and believer seeking God anew in each moment. Although based in Baltimore, this daughter of a Honduran immigrant feels at home throughout the world.

She leads Pray with Our Feet (PWF), an online community lifting the intersection of progressive Christian faith and social justice; she co-hosts the PWF podcast with her Mom, Trudy. Emelda also serves as founder of When Motherhood Looks Different (WMLD), which helps Moms raising kids with specialized health needs, and Moms navigating their own health challenges to center well-being by offering resources, mindfulness coaching, and connection in community through events and programs.

Trudy Leocadio is an award-winning former educator who taught U.S. History & American government for decades in Baltimore city schools, retiring from the Baltimore School for the Arts.  She co-hosts the Pray with our Feet Podcast with her daughter Emelda.

Trudy is also a wife, mother, and proud grandmother who passionately believes that the true meaning of justice is defined by our love for Christ and determination to serve others.
